HELP! My horse is TOO STRONG to LEAD!?

If You Can Every time (s)he Try's to get a bit stronger to lead then pull Him/Her back lead him/her round in a Circle and if (s)he Try's to do it again just tap her on the neck with the lead rope if that still doesn't work then heep leading Him . her round in circles and (s)he will soon get bored and HoPeFuLlY stop =]
