Is this good body figure?

Okay well. i'm a teen. my bra size (im growing at the moment) is 36B. My clothes size is 12. and my height is 5"6. my weight is 65kgs or 143lbs (10st 3lbs). Is this gd? bad? I'm like a skittle shape i think. but ive got big "love handles".
