I want to leave my Bodily remains to medical science?

It depends. If you donate your body to a med school, they'll most likely use you in anatomy lab. If you're an organ donor and you die a brain death (that is, head trauma, stuff like that), any harvestable organs or tissue will be used in transplants and the like. As for the whole "decorum and respect" issue... all I can say is that I'm going to be in med school in a few years, and I for one will treat any bodies in the anatomy lab with as much respect as possible... I mean, I can't help cutting them open and looking at their insides, but...
