Who the heck is yelling "AAAYYYYYYYY" off-camera during the WEC matches?

I'm trying to watch a match of MMA on World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC) on the VS. channel, and during the match some guy is off camera making a LOUD Fonzie-like noise (Aaaayyyyyyyy! Aaaayyyyyyyyy!!). It's unbelievably distracting!!! Is that one of the fighters' manager yelling or what? I wish they'd shut that guy up or get the microphones away from him. Geez.
