What should i eat before track practice?

Go for food that's high in carbs like pasta,bread etc. Cereal should be perfectly fine. Just don't eat anything with Alot of sugar or drink Alot of soda (my personal opinion is that I m diffent cause during track practice I would drink water and I would eat candy haha) make sure you eat like an hour before so It can digest. This is what my coach told me
