If there is only one person who makes up an LLC, can that person get group health insurance for herself?

I'm setting up a "virtual" business online. I have decided that the LLC would be a simpler way to incorporate than the S-Corp. For the type of work I'm doing, I cannot be a sole proprietor. What I want to be sure of is that the LLC would allow me to get group health insurance, having only myself as an employee.
