I am trying to identify a song used on the cosby show. Rudy sang walking down the stairs. Any one know?

The entire family was coming down the stairs dressed up. Each member lip sang parts of the song. All I remember is rudy had the word "baby" in a very deep voice. A little like Big Maybelle. Does anyone know the song? Thank you in advance
