I do not sleep well, my bones are weaker even after exercises, I am always fatigued except for when I am asleep. I spoke to a nurse before and she said that HRT does wonders. Is this true? will this help with my lack of sleep, help stregthen my bones, and help my fatigue? If so I am gong to give it a try. ladies if you are going though this horrible change do you find your bones and muscles are becoming weak? and what supplements do you take and is HRT any good for this?
