my favorite product is burtsbees acne cleanser spot treatment. you just put a little on where you're breaking out and it clears is up fast. with me it gets rid of redness within a few hours. i also put makeup on top of it sometimes so it still cleans and keeps the makeup from clogging my pores. hope this helped! :)
